Fluxus ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Fluxus mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App.

• Account information: Email address and password when you create an account.
• Usage data: Information about how you use the App, including concepts completed, articles read, streak data, and empire progress.
• Device information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
• Payment information: Subscription and payment data processed by RevenueCat. We do not store payment card details directly.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App
• Track your learning progress and empire data
• Process subscription payments
• Send daily brief notifications at your preferred time
• Improve and personalise your experience
• Respond to support requests

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect information:

• Supabase: Database and authentication services. Data is stored on Supabase's secure servers.
• RevenueCat: Subscription and payment management.
• Expo: Mobile app infrastructure and push notifications.
• Anthropic: AI content generation for daily briefs and concepts. No personal user data is sent to Anthropic.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase's secure infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including row-level security policies, encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), and secure authentication. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data
• Request data portability

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
