Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fluxus mobile application ("App") operated by Fluxus ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental consent to use the App.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@usefluxus.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Fluxus offers the following subscription plans:

• Annual: $49 per year (~94¢ per week)
• Monthly: $4.33 per month (billed as $1/week)

All subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Payments are processed through Apple's App Store.

4. Not Financial Advice

The content provided in Fluxus — including daily briefs, articles, and concept cards — is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or any other professional advice. Always consult a qualified financial adviser before making investment decisions. Fluxus is not responsible for any financial decisions made based on content in the App.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App
• Reproduce, distribute, or sell any content from the App without permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the App
• Impersonate any person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including briefs, articles, concept cards, design, and code — is the property of Fluxus and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of content in the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluxus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's Profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
